Field Trip to Aquarium of the Pacific
We had a great Wednesday in Room 2. We had a field trip to the Aquarium of the Pacific! Our day started with Nutrition and our morning activities, as usual. We had Miss Esther share a book she likes called "Miss Nelson is Missing" before getting into groups and getting on the bus. The ride to Long Beach took awhile, but soon we were meeting our parent chaperones and exploring the aquarium. There we so many things to see! Seals, sea lions, otters, penguins, lorikeets, sharks, rays, jellies, turtles, seahorses, and more tropical fish that you could believe! Everyone seemed to have a fantastic time looking at and touching so much marine life. What a great day! Most of the class was tired and rested on the drive home. After a quick recess, we packed up and lined up for home.
Special thanks to ALL of our excellent parent chaperones! We hope that you had a wonderful day, too!
