Super Star Sticks
You may have heard something about Super Star Sticks the last few weeks. In case you don't know what they are, they are part of a positive reward system in Room 203. Students receive a Super Star Stick for great answers, being helpful, being kind, good listening, doing a super job in line, giving excellent effort, showing perseverance, or generally having positive behavior. We collect sticks on an envelope chart in the front of the room. When you collect twenty Super Star Sticks, you receive a "Super Star" sticker and prize. We are always working toward a prize and there is no limit to how many sticks and prizes you can earn. The class really seems to enjoy this system. We usually give the prizes on Friday, so if your child brings home a toy and a star sticker, now you know where it came from!
