A Short Day...

It was a short day in Room 203. We have an 11:00 A.M. dismissal and Parent/Teacher Conferences, so the day went very fast. We started our day by reading "Mouses' First Valentine" and beginning a Valentine's Day project. We will finish it tomorrow (I hope). Then we reviewed sight words, "Jack and Jill," read "Rosie Rabbit's Radish," and worked on "R" phonics. Next we visited the Computer Lab for the first time in awhile (because of MAP testing) and played LexiaCore5 games. Don't forget that you can play them at home, too!  Finally, we had snack, some indoor play, and ended the day with Star of the Week. Evan shared a joke today since he didn't have his pictures. Then we packed up and went home.

I'll see most of you after school at conferences. And remember that tomorrow is also an 11:00 A.M. dismissal day.
