Safety Signs

We spent the week in our Treasures reading program studying the mini-theme of "Let's Laugh." Students read funny books in class and wrote silly stories. To balance some of the craziness, we also reviewed and learned about some of the street signs we use to keep us safe.  We read a book called "Safety City" together and then created safety signs.  We made stop signs, pedestrian crossing signs,  stoplight signs, railroad crossing signs, bike route signs, and school crossing signs.  They came out great!
