Culture Day Saturday

Third Street School's annual International Culture Day is this Saturday, May 11th. The students in room 36 have been working on several art projects in anticipation for the event. Our country is Australia, so we've been learning about the land, culture, and animals that inhabit that country (and continent). We've tried to copy the dot style of Aboriginal art as we created pictures on rocks, sandpaper, and cardboard.  They look pretty good! All will be displayed this Saturday, so come on out and see them! We even have pictures painted on canvas that will be up for bid.   Oh, and remember that if you want to help out at our class booth, please see me or sign up on our door.
