The Life Cycle of a Butterfly

In addition to having the caterpillars in class, we also are studying the life cycle of a butterfly. On Wednesday, we made a cool art project where we labeled the four stages (egg, larva or caterpillar, pupa or chrysalis, and adult butterfly) and decorated it with pasta pieces to represent each stage of development. They're really neat!  Some students were still finishing up on Thursday, but I'll post a picture of them as soon as I can. Or, come in and check them out!
